We've released [v2.0.0 of @warp-ds/icons](https://github.com/warp-ds/icons/releases/tag/v2.0.0), which means some deprecated icons need to be replaced.

### New icons, 16px versions and modifications

In addition to renamed icons, we've added missing 16px versions of functional icons and modified stroke-width of 24/32px icons.
